What we are looking for in our partners.

• University qualifications in a human science related field (eg physiology, biomechanics, human factors, psychology)
• Experience working in an operational environment (eg emergency services, military, resources, healthcare)
• Experience working in high performing teams
• The ability to work autonomously and think differently
• A demonstrated understanding of the principles of human-centred design
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Great human beings

For Australian Government related roles, individuals will need to be Australian Citizens and hold either an active security clearance (baseline minimum but NV1 preferred) or the ability to obtain one.
